The service

Chef Primera provides cooking reference material, structured recipes and techniques, private recipe-import tools, planning and pantry tools, Cooking School features, and supported AI-assisted features.

Bar Primera provides a sourced drinks and beverage reference, Bar School lessons, and the same account as Chef Primera.

Features may change as the product develops. Public reference content may be updated when better sourcing, testing, or corrections justify a change.

Cooking, drinks, food-safety, and allergen responsibility

Cooking always involves judgment. Times, temperatures, substitutions, nutrition, costs, and allergen information can vary with ingredients, equipment, location, serving size, and user input.

You are responsible for checking ingredient labels, allergens, dietary restrictions, food freshness, safe handling, and appropriate internal cooking temperatures for your circumstances. Chef Primera is not medical, nutritional, or allergy-care advice.

Bar Primera describes alcoholic drinks. You are responsible for following the drinking-age and alcohol laws where you are and for drinking responsibly. Bar Primera is a reference for adults of legal drinking age and is not health advice.

Imports and AI-assisted features

Imported recipes and AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Chef Primera is designed to fail visibly where possible, but you must review quantities, ingredients, allergens, temperatures, and instructions before relying on them.

An imported recipe remains private to your account and is not treated as endorsed canonical Chef Primera content merely because the product can structure or analyze it.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as imported recipes, private notes, photos, and messages, subject to any rights that may belong to the original creator of material you import.

You give Chef Primera permission to host, process, transform, and transmit your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, unlawful material, malware, or content intended to harm the service or another person.

Accounts

One account signs you in on both Chef Primera and Bar Primera. Signing out on either product signs you out of both, and the shared account is managed, exported, or deleted on Chef Primera's account page.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not attempt to access another user's private data or bypass access, abuse, rate-limit, or safety controls.

Chef Primera may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, service costs, legal compliance, or the integrity of the product.

Public Chef Primera and Bar Primera content

The Chef Primera and Bar Primera sites, their original text, structure, design, branding, data organization, illustrations, and other original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the public reference for ordinary personal cooking, drink-making, and learning. These terms do not grant permission to scrape, republish, resell, or create a competing bulk copy of protected Chef Primera or Bar Primera materials where such use would exceed rights granted by law.

Third-party services and links

Some features depend on third-party infrastructure or services. Their availability and performance are not fully controlled by Chef Primera or Bar Primera, and third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

A link to a third-party site or service is not a guarantee or endorsement of every product, statement, or transaction available there.

Availability and disclaimers

Chef Primera and Bar Primera are provided on an as-available basis. We work to make the reference dependable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every recipe, import, AI output, estimate, or recommendation will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chef Primera, Bar Primera, and Primera Foods disclaim warranties that cannot reasonably be made for an evolving cooking and software service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chef Primera, Bar Primera, and Primera Foods are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.

Ending use and account deletion

You may stop using Chef Primera or Bar Primera at any time. Where available, you may export your data and request deletion of the shared account through Chef Primera's account page.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted here with an updated date.
